Quotation & Agreement

Quotation: Provide a price quote, including equipment cost, accessory options, and shipping fees. Specify the shipping method.

Payment Terms Negotiation: Confirm payment methods (T/T, PayPal, Alipay, etc.), discuss installment plans or deposit requirements, and issue an invoice.

Contract Signing (if applicable): For large or customized orders, finalize a formal contract specifying responsibilities and terms.

Production & Preparation

Stock Availability vs. Production: If in stock, proceed with shipping; if not, initiate production and inform the customer of the expected lead time.
